Ready to take your aerial training to new Heights? This class is for students who have passed Aerial Joy's Sling 1 Level Up test.
Silk 1 Classes meet once a week and focus on foot locks, hip keys, straddle back inversions, splits, drops, and lots of poses on the Aerial Silk. This is a beautiful apparatus and usually, the apparatus folks think of when they think of aerial arts. Aerialists must pass Aerial Joy's Sling 1 Level Up test in order to join this class.
