Birthday Party (90-Minutes)

A party! Did someone say a party? We would love to help you celebrate your birthday or special occasion (team building, bachelorette party, graduation, quinceanera, etc.) We offer several options but all include teaching your friends aerial. We offer aerial parties for preschoolers, youth, and adults.

This party is for up to 12 aerialists (comfortably) who take a one-hour class together and enjoy 30- minutes in our party room. More aerialists may participate for an additional fee.

This party is appropriate for children ages 6- adults.

90-Minute Party Details

  • This party includes 30- minutes to decorate the party room, a 60-minute lesson, and 30 minutes in the party room.

  • You can Set up your party 30 minutes before the party starts. For example, if your party starts at 11, you may begin setting up the party at 10:30 a.m.

  • We know you want to make it festive, so here is what you need to know. You will have two 6-foot tables and 12 chairs you are welcome to use. You can also decorate the lobby with balloons or decorations that do not mess up the walls, or ceiling, or damage the property including but not limited to the paint on the walls. Any cost to replace or repair damages will be charged to your account.

  • Tell all guests to arrive 10 minutes before the party start time to sign waivers. We will also send you a copy of the waiver that guests can print out, sign, and bring to the party.

  • Aerial Joy provides no party supplies, decorations, or cakes.

  • All aerialists must be at least 6 years of age unless otherwise discussed with the Aerial Joy party coordinator.

  • You may cancel your party 7 days before your reserved day and time with a refund of the balance minus administrative fees ($100). Any cancellation 6 days or less before the party will not be refunded, transferred, or reimbursed. Let us know if you would like to reschedule your party. 7 days before the party, we will reschedule parties as requested when our schedule and staff can accommodate you. It costs $25 each time we reschedule.

  • The time of the start of the party, the start time of the lesson, or the end time of the party will NOT be adjusted for attendees arriving late.

  • We have a refrigerator and freezer that may be used if space is available.

  • The instructor will inform the partygoers when they can take videos and pictures of their aerial accomplishments. This is typically the last 5-10 minutes of the class. No photography or videos should be taken during the class for safety reasons.

  • You have 15 minutes after your party time to collect your belongings and tell your party people farewell. After 15 minutes, you will be charged $5 per minute to accommodate your rental needs.

  • You may purchase extra time for $75 per 30 minutes.

  • Any final charges will be charged to your card on file after completing the party.

12 aerialist fit comfortably- additional aerialists may be added for an extra charge of $10 per aerialist
